Foundational to making any lasting, positive change in the body or in one’s life, is a balanced nervous system.  Proper breathing is foundational to a healthy nervous system. Mindfulness/meditation and breath work are powerful tools anyone can use to create a state of body-mind that is most conducive to learning, performing, creating, and optimizing relationships and overall wellness.

Nalini can help you create resiliency and strength in your nervous system that will benefit you in all areas of life.  This work is especially useful for “type-A” personalities, performers, or those experiencing chronic stress or illness, but anyone can benefit from this powerful work.      

In these sessions we will look at the terrain of your body, identifying the ways in which you carry stress, how it manifests and under which circumstances.  We'll look at the things and thoughts that "trigger" you, and those that make you feel safe.  Then we'll work with various tools to help you break out of a stress response.  Tools to shift your physiology to support health, growth, restoration, and creativity.  Expect to move a bit, to breathe a lot, and discover new possibilities for living with a feeling of empowerment and resilience.
