Nalini has two decades of working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Nalini's intuitive bodywork sessions are unique as they combine many different modalities.

Each session is customized to meet individual needs. Nalini’s background as a movement specialist/trainer and her understanding of the human nervous system allow her a unique window into each client’s embodied experience. She takes into account the fact lifestyle, dietary, and emotional factors and stress influence how a person feels and experiences their body. It is always her intention, first and foremost, to create a container of safety, as she knows this to be foundational to all healing work. She invites you to participate in sessions by being present in your body and communicating any needs as they arise and sees bodywork sessions as "work done together" rather than "having something done to you.”
