  ​A poorly functioning core or pelvic floor is a symptom of poor pressure management.  learn how to breathe and align your body to manage pressure optimally.  Clients are often pleasantly surprised to find they feel better overall in their bodies, as seemingly unrelated issues like back pain, hip pain, and chronically tight neck and shoulders improve.  we look at the whole body, lifestyle factors that might impact healing, as well as the nervous system.  
 

An 8 week program:

Regain optimal core and pelvic floor function, ideal for postpartum mothers and anyone who has experienced dysfunction in these areas.  Designed to improve conditions such as:

  • diastasis recti or ab separation

  • pelvic organ prolapse

  • incontinince or "leaking"

  • distended lower belly

  • pelvic pain

  • back and neck pain

Also includes breath work and mindfulness training for the optimization of the nervous system to promote healing and and faster recovery.

  ​What to Expect from Nalini's Class: Connect with your body in new ways, discover muscles you never knew you had.  Get to know your deep core and pelvic floor and learn how your breathing system involves these muscles.  Learn how whole body alignment affects your core and pelvic floor.  Learn and practice new breathing and movement patterns that strengthen your core, PF, and whole body.  It takes time and effort, but once you train in a new movement pattern, it's yours to keep.  Feel better in your body and enjoy the benefits for the rest of your life!
