As a Santa Barbara based experienced personal trainer, Nalini Kokatay specializes in training clients to become functionally strong.  There are certain movements that we all need to be able to perform to function as humans within the environment we live in (squatting, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, getting up and down from the floor or a chair).  For some of us the goal is simply to be able to perform the activities of daily living without pain or strain.  For others, the goal might be something more specific like being able to return to running after an injury.  Nalini can help you achieve your goals through her mindful approach to personal training.
